We would appreciate any flexibility you can offer to help make the dates work, as coordinating panels and participants takes a significant amount of effort. That said, we completely understand that there may be occasions when you’re simply unable to attend, so if that’s the case, please let us know as early as possible. 

We’d also appreciate it if you could share any planned annual leave or holidays in July or August that would affect your availability.
